From Popular to Modernity

The folk music of some areas of Eastern Europe is characterized by a great musical richness: rhythmic, melodic and interpretative. This concert presents some pieces from the Bulgarian folk tradition, performed by the soloists of the renowned BULGARIAN VOICE CHOIR, and some musical works by G. Enescu, a Romanian composer who contributed significantly to the development of the music of this country.
